Eligibility and User Verification
Goldrush Rustenburg is a licensed venue catering exclusively to individuals aged 18 years and older. Users must complete the FICA process, which includes providing valid identification and proof of residence, to access gaming and promotional services. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and will be removed upon detection.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Fund Verification
All deposits must be made from personal bank accounts bearing the same name as the user profile. Deposits above R10,000 require proof of source of funds. Withdrawals will only be processed once deposits have been wagered once. Goldrush Rustenburg may delay or decline withdrawals pending identity or account verification.
Fair Use of the Platform
The platform must be used for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Users must not employ bots, scripts, or other external tools to influence outcomes. Abusive patterns of play or attempts to manipulate promotions or odds may result in immediate account suspension.
Promotional Campaigns and Bonus Offers
All promotional offers are governed by specific terms, including wagering requirements, redemption periods, and eligible games. Abuse of promotions, including creating multiple accounts or misrepresentation, may result in forfeiture of winnings and permanent account bans.

Technical Interruptions and Liability

Termination of Account Access
Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, multiple account creation, or violation of these terms. Users may request temporary exclusion for responsible gaming through support services.
Governing Law and Dispute Process
All disputes must be initially directed to Goldrush Rustenburg’s customer service. If unresolved, complaints can be referred to the North West Gambling Board. All terms are governed under South African law.
Service Availability and Changes
Goldrush Rustenburg reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, feature, or promotion at its discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via official communication channels.
